Sweetly scented, elegant panicles of deep violet flowers in April and May and sporadically through summer. Vigorous climber that can grow to 8m x 8m. Any fertile soil in sun or light shade. A good choice for growing over pergolas, on fences, walls etc. Train in your structural shape then reduce lateral shoots to 3-5buds in August and February to increase flowering potential.
