An attractive dwarf form of Japanese maple. The young leaves are green, edged red, going deep green by mid-summer, before turning red/orange in Autumn. A great variety to bonsai. Height and spread to around 1.5m x 1m. Does best in fertile, humus rich soil in dappled shade. These ones have been grafted onto 0.9m stems.
