A narrow upright cultivar with dark green young leaves that quickly turn a deep purple, almost black and hold their colour through summer. Scented flattened heads of pink flowers in June/July that makes excellent pink coloured cordial! Any soil in sun or part shade. Height and spread to around 2m x 1m.
