Euonymus aff. Clivicola rongchuensis (2lt)

Seed heads are very similar to E. cornutus resembling Jesters Caps. A rare species from China with a loose habit and long narrow leaves. The flowers appearing spring are 4 parted, the petals being purple tinted. The remarkable fruit borne in autumn have 4 horn like extensions giving them the appearance of jesters’ caps .  A choice plant, easy to grow. Height and spread to around 2m.
