Magnolia George Henry Kern (3lt)

Unique hybrid with the robust spring flowering of stellata types and fragrant showy blooms of Magnolia liliflora. Goblet-shaped flowers in early to mid-spring which are very pale pink, flushed with darker purple-pink on the outside. Any soil except shallow chalk. Height and spread to around 3m x 2.5m over 10 years. Sun or partial shade and sheltered.
