Chervil. Useful culinary herb with lush, fragrant, ferny green leaves that go well with fish dishes are delicious in salads. Lightly anise flavoured. Umbels of white flowers in summer. A must have for the herb garden and good as a windowsill herb too. Best in well drained soil in part shade.
