An unusual and very special conservatory plant. Fast growing with spiney stems and racemes of showy crimson flowers in summer /autumn. Keep above 4c and quite dry when dormant in winter. Height and spread to around 4m x 3m but much smaller in this country. Prune in April/May to keep tree under 2m.
