Perfect for the tropical feel garden this is reputably one of the hardiest Scheffleras. Palmate foliage is red when it first emerges and matures to green. Makes a handsome large shrub/small tree in the right location. Free draining soil in a sheltered sunny to partially shaded spot is best. Likes a humid environment. Hardy to between -5 and -10c. Usually grown as a foliage plant but does have cream flowers in late summer on mature plants. Rare.
