Echium candicans (3lt)

Pride of Madeira. Sub shrub, spreading branches hold narrow, hirsute, silvery grey-green leaves with dense, candle like,  deep blue flowers in spring. Height to around 1.2m. Cut back after flowering. Ideal for a cool conservatory.
