Daphne gemmata Royal Crown (3lt)

Spurge laurel. Clusters of fragrant star shaped yellow flowers in late spring above polished deep green leaves. This bushy deciduous shrub has a neat compact habit and produces small red berries after flowering. Ideal for dappled shade in humus rich but well drained soil, enjoying a sheltered spot in the garden. Rarely seen hardy shrub. Height and spread slowly to around 75cm.
