Dahlia Verrone's Obsidian (1lt)

Star type dahlia with rolled petals of the darkest red (almost black) and bright yellow centres That act as a magnet for bees and butterflies. Flowers continuously from midsummer until the first frosts. Perfect for cut flowers. Keep deadheading to encourage repeat blooms. Height and spread to around 90cm x 40cm. Give a deep, dry mulch before winter or lift and store tubers until spring.
