T. baccata is a medium-sized bushy evergreen tree or hedging shrub with narrow, leathery, very dark green leaves arranged in two rows on the shoots, and insignificant flowers followed on female plants by fleshy red fruits in late December. Any well drained fertile soil.Height and spread 12m + x 6m+ but can be pruned to any shape or size.
