Beautiful finely divided, lacy, fern like foligae grows in tiers and from mid to late summer reddish bronze stems to around 1.2m tall hold circular heads composed of many smaller circles made up with thousands of tiny white flowers. E.A.Bowles described this plant as ' ...the Queen of all umbellifers....the most beautiful of all fern leaved plants...' Known for it's reliability and longevity. Any humus rich soil in sun or part shade.
