Narrow conifer that has sharp, pointed green needles with silver bands running the length of the needles. Height abnd spread to 5m x 1.5m but can be kept smaller by pruning. Easy to grow and tolerant of most soils except boggy ground. Good for wildlife, especially nesting birds.
