A fabulous, robust form of polycarpa introduced from Taiwan by the late, great Edward Needham. Evergreen shrub with large palmate, deeply lobed, dark green leaves. Hardy once established and good for shade or part shade. Most suited to sheltered shady borders. Spectacular when in flower in late autumn. Height and spread to around 2m.
