This pretty mat forming alpine has narrow green needle like leaves below pink flowers from spring to early summer. The phloxtrot series is reputed to have tyhe largest flowers of all subulata phlox. Slowly creeping with a height and spread to around 15cm x 50cm. Ideal for rockeries or spilling over walls in full sun. Well drained soil.
