Sumptuous lavender blue blooms held by lovely black calyx on healthy green upright foliage. More compact than previous forms of this Salvia and therefore easier to look after in containers and borders. Fertile, well drained soil in sun to light shade. Half-hardy so may need winter protection or treat as an annual.
