Upright, clump forming grass. Small purplish-pink flowers are produced above green leaves turn deep red at the tips before turning straw coloured in the winter. The mass of flowers resemble a pink mist above the green, red tinged foliage. Height and spread to around 1.2m x 40cm. Try planting in drifts with Verbena bonariensis or as a low hedge.
