Evergreen with small creamy-white, sweetly scented flowers in late spring and early summer followed by attractive seedheads. Hardier than its close relative P. tobira and makes a beautiful specimen shrub or small tree. Any well drained soil in sun sheltered from cold winds. Height and spread to around 4 x 2.5m.
