A rounded shrub with glossy, dark green leaves and flattened heads of blue flowers (if on acid soil or silvery lilac-pink if soil is alkaline) from mid to late summer. Height and spread to around 2m when mature. Unusual and sought after in the fact that both the buds and the flowers are distinctly globular.
