Rosy garlic. Edible old world species of garlic native to the Mediterranean region. Narrow green leaves are delicious used in cooking or added to salads. Flower stems to around 60cm tall hold loose umbels of very pretty starry pink flowers in early summer. Will naturalise easily and great for pollinators.
