Cherry Laurel Genolia. Large glossy green ovate leaves. Genolia is a variety chosen for it's slender habit and prolific flowering, excellent for hedging and screening. Good in sun or shade. Height to 3m+. Any reasonable soil that is not boggy in winter. Scented white flowers in summer followed by red fruit ripening black. These ones have been grown on clear 1.6-1.8m stems ideal for pleaching to make the perfect evergreen screen.
