Upright spikes of indigo blue, lupin like flowers produced above bright pinnate green leaves. Height and spread to 1.2m x 90cm. Free draining soil in sun is best although it will grow anywhere but if the soil is too fertile and moist it can become floppy. This selection is derived from the Republic of Georgia. Good for fixing nitrogen into th soil and used as a fodder crop in Estonia.
