An upright shrub with bamboo like stems to 2m+ x 1.2m. From midsummer right through to autumn clusters of pendent white flowers surrounded by purple-red bracts, followed by edible purple-red berries dangle seductively from the branches. A beautiful, easy to grow statement shrub that grows in almost any soil in sun or part shade. Prune hard from November to April.
