A mid sized form of the ever popular V bonariensis that is taller than Lollipop but much shorter than bonariensis with a height to around 80cm. Clusters of tiny lilac-purple flowers throughout summer mix beautifully with other perennials. Excellent at attracting bees and butterflies into the garden. Does best in free draining, fertile soil in sun or light shade. Try mixing with late flowering grasses such as miscanthus.
