Orchid Primrose. Stunning pokers of pure white flowers in midsummer. Compact habit of deeply-veined, lance-shaped leaves. Height and spread to around 45cm x 30cm.  Moist soil in light shade. Roots must not dry out! Rockeries, pots, woodlands, informal borders. Try interplanting amongst ferns and hostas.
