A rarity amongst the phaeum geraniums being the only double flowering form. Very pretty purple flowers with 2 layers of petals and an inner ring of green petals that appear to be flecked amongst the purple when fully open. Cut hard back when the first flush of flowers go over and fresh foliage will appear with repeat flowers late summer. Height  and spread to around 60cm. Best in damp shade but is drought tolerant once established.
