Forms an arching, woody shrub to around 2m with narrow pinnate green leaves. In early summer the whole bush is smothered in starry white flowers with crimson blotches that have a sensational perfume. Does best in well drained soil in sun or part shade. Ideal as a terrace shrub or borders. Try planting near a sitting area to get the full benefit of the gorgeous scent.
