Semi double, pale pink flowers open to reveal deep burgundy basal flares, surrounding a ring of golden stamens. The petals fade to pure white. Bred at W. Gratwick's nursery in 1985. This is a strong growing, show stopping tree paeonia with a height and spread to 1.5m+. Fertile, moist but free draining soil in sun or part shade. Rare and very special.
