Fern leaved Peony. Slow growing with gorgeous feathery foliage that grows in billowing clumps to between 30 and 60cm high and wide. Highly fragrant, fully double, deep red flowers with golden stamens from May to July. Fully hardy preferring moist but free draining fertile soil in sun or part shade.
