Crimson Frost is a cross between B. szechuanica and B pendula purpurea. Diamond shaped purple leaves show up well against the gleaming white stems. Yellow, orange and red colours appear providing a stunning feature in Autumn. One of the best birch for variety for autumn colour. Grows to around 8-14m x 6-8m when mature and casts a lovely dappled shade. Any soil in sun or part shade.
