A very special form of this wonderful genus that thrives in humus rich, moisture retentive soil in part shade. Height and spread to around 20cm x 30cm. Dainty, oblong to ovate leaves emerge in spring tinted purple with a silver marbled overlay and serrated edges, held on dark thin wiry stems. Flowers over long periods in summer with pom pom like purple flowers. A true gem for the garden.
