A recently discovered new species to science, found in Vietnam around 3000m up Fansipan. Glossy green, slightly hirsute, pleated leaves to this bushy shrub that is likely to reach around 1.2m high and wide. Tubular greenish white flowers are followed by abundant terminal congested cymes of glossy red berries that remain well into the winter. An excellent choice for the winter garden. Any fertile soil in sun or light shade, sheltered from cold winter winds.
