Himalayan Birch with crisp white peeling bark and glossy green leaves that turn yellow in autumn. Excellent medium sized conical tree with outstanding winter interest. Well suited to most soils in sun or part shade. Smaller than many jacquemontii varieties with a height and spread to around 8 x 3m. A lovely garden tree especially when planted in groups.
