Eucalyptus nicholii (7.5lt)

Narrow willow like leaves smell of eucalyptus and peppermint. As the tree matures the bark has fissures lengthways up the trunk revealing beautiful foxy brown bark. An excellent specimen tree for a well drained site. Hardy to around -15c. There is a superb specimen at the top of the dry garden at Hyde Hall. Height and spread when mature around 12m x 5m but can be kept much smaller by pruning.
