A choice, rare woodland perennial that performs best in moist, fertile soil but will grow in most soils and once established is drought tolerant. Leaves emerge red tinted in spring and expand to large, impressive, deeply dissected palmate green leaves held on strong stems. Creamy green shuttlecock flowers above foliage in summer. Height and spread to around 70cm.
