Originally raised as a seedling of frigidus at the St Monica convent in Bristol. Beautiful large shrub/small tree with clusters of white flowers in early summer followed by red berries in Autumn/Winter. Lanceolate, glossy dark green, evergreen leaves often turn rich reds and purples in the colder months. Year round interest with a height and spread to around 4m. Well drained, fertile soil in sun to part shade.
