A cross between H. ericsmithii and H. hybrida these are robust, disease resistant and have long flowering periods from late winter right through spring. Serrated edged, deep green leathery leaves make attractive mounds to around 40cm high and wide. Flowers are in shades of pink and face upward standing proud of the foliage. Best in humus rich neutral to alkaline soils in sun to part shade.
