Bell-shaped greenish purple flowers above kidney-shaped dark green leaves, that smell of ginger when crushed. Low growing glossy ground cover excellent for a shady area in the garden especially under trees. Slower to grow but more drought tolerant than A. caudatum. Height and spread to around 10cm x 30cm.
