Rumex acetosa (Broad leaved sorrel) (9cm)

Broad leaved sorrel. Large lush green leaves have a refreshing sharp lemony taste and make an excellent soup. Young leaves can be used sparingly in salads and are good with fish dishes. Height and spread to around 50cm.  Any decent soil in sun or part shade.
