Red Champagne is a succulent and bright coloured form of rhubarb. The stalks are a vivid red ideal for making show off puddings with. Huge leaves upto 2ft wide. Once the plant has established itself (2-3 years) it is a good idea to force the early shoots by using a forcing pot or equivelent to get those super tender young stems. Good enough to eat raw!
