An upright shrub with dark bronze-purple leaves ageing to dark green and turn purple-red in autumn. Pinky white lace cap flowers open from red buds in Mayand early July. Height 8-12 feet. Fruits June. Rich beautiful autumn tints. Any soil in sun and partial shade. Named after a tribe of Native Americans. Hardy.
