A foliage shrub or small tree with deeply divided, finely cut lush green leaves in spring that get a slight red tinge to the edges in summer before turning fiery reds and oranges in the autumn.  Part shade, sheltered from wind.  Lovely when grown in a pot or border with a height and spread to around 3m x 2m.
