Peruvian feather grass. Very light and airy foliage that moves gracefully in the wind similar in effect to tenuissima but much bigger. Think tenuissima on steroids! Height to 1.2m. Any well drained soil in sun or light shade. Try mixing with Echinops or other tall flowering perennials. Choice!
