Incredibly easy to grow and nutritious vegetable loaded with antioxidants and vitamins. Very frizzy curly, dark green leaves. Best eaten as young leaves that can be harvested for salads on a cut-and-come-again basis or left to mature for winter greens which are more bitter. Delicious steamed or fried. Also great for pollinators if left to flower. Height and spread 60 x 45cm.
