Huge, trilobed green leaves emerge in spring on top of shiny, green stems to a height of around 60cm when mature. In spring green and brown striped spathes appear with folded mouths. Cobra lilies are fascinating plants deserving a place in any woodland area of the garden with deep humus rich soil that does not completely dry out.
