New leaves orange, maturing soft yellow, edged orange. This is a glorious variety superb for pots or borders if the conditions are right. Tiny red flowers in April/May. Grows to a loose open bush/small tree to around 3m x 3m. Does best in humus rich neutral to acid soil in dappled shade.
