Recently introduced this is a golden leaved form of the Japanese fantail willow. Bright yellow, lanceolate leaves make a very striking bush that looks particularly good when planted near water and dark leaved plants such as Physocarpus and Cotinus. Height and spread to between 2 and 4m. Responds well to pruning to keep in shape. Small silver grey catkins in spring.
