Compact shrub with fine aromatic needle like foliage, the dark green leaves are tinged purple. Ruffled crimson flowers through spring and early summer and often again in autumn. A useful evergreen for a well drained soil in a sheltered position in sun. Height and spread to around 1m x 1m.
