Japanese rose Golden Guinea. A suckering shrub with green stems and large golden yellow, single flowers in spring. Toothed, lanceolate deep green leaves through summer. Larger flowers and taller than the species. Height and spread upto 2m x 2m. Best in fertile but well drained soil in dappled shade. Ideal for the edge of a woodland planting.
